Ballard Computer Solutions has been fixing computers in Palm Beach County since 1999. It’s run by Rusty and Darlene Ballard — the same two people who answer the phone, look at your computer, explain what’s wrong in plain language, and do the work.
There’s no call center and no jargon. Just honest, careful repair from people who treat your computer — and your data — the way they’d want their own handled.

Is the diagnosis really free?
Yes. Diagnostics in our computer lab are always free. We’ll look at your computer, tell you what’s wrong, and give you a price before any work begins.
How much does data recovery cost?
Most data recovery runs between $100 and $350, with no deposit required. And if we’re not able to recover your data, there is no charge.
How long will my repair take?
Most repairs are completed the same day or within 24 hours. If a part needs to be ordered, we’ll let you know up front.
Do I have to leave a deposit?
No. There is no deposit required to have us look at your computer or begin a repair.
What computers and brands do you work on?
All of them — Apple Macs, and Windows PCs and laptops from Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Lenovo, Samsung, and more.
Can you help me without coming into the shop?
Often, yes. Many software problems can be fixed remotely, over the phone and online. Give us a call and we’ll let you know if remote service is an option for your issue.

Our computer lab is at 8762 Burma Rd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33403 — just off Northlake Boulevard. We’re open Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
